If coaching feels like a good fit, I’ll explain your options clearly. If not, you’ll still leave with more clarity.

FAQs

FAQs about one-to-one health coaching for women over 40

​

How often do we meet?
We will have one session each week for the term of your programme. The sessions will be online so that you can be in the comfort of your own surroundings and feel relaxed and at ease. Studies have shown that online sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions for achieving results.

​

What if I don’t have much time?
Sessions are designed to fit busy lives. Most women find the time they invest actually gives them more energy back.

 

Do I have to follow a strict diet?
No. This work is about nourishment and balance, not restriction.

 

What if I’ve tried everything before?
Many women I work with felt the same. Gentle, personalised support often works where willpower alone hasn’t.

 

Is this therapy?
No. This is practical health coaching focused on everyday wellbeing. If therapy would help, I’ll always say so.

 

What if I’m not sure I’m ready?
That’s exactly what discovery calls are for — to explore, not commit.
