CERTIFIED HEALTH COACH
I support women, usually in mid-life, through busy, demanding stages of their life.
Many of the women I work with are capable, caring and used to getting on with things; but over time, the stress of daily life, often coupled with hormonal changes, starts to take its toll. They feel tired, overwhelmed and not quite themselves anymore.
My work is about helping women feel better in a way that feels realistic, supportive and kind.

Why I Do This Work
BECAUSE I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE IT CAN MAKE
I’ve seen how easy it is for women to put their own needs to one side while caring for everyone else.
Over time, stress builds, sleep suffers, food choices become harder, and energy drops - not because anything is ‘wrong’, but because there’s been very little space to pause and reset.
I created the RESET for Life approach to bring all of these pieces together, gently and practically, so women can start to feel calmer, more energised and more at ease in their bodies again.

Instead, I focus on:
• Reducing stress and overwhelm in everyday life
• Using nutrition to support health, reduce inflammation and restore energy
• Improving sleep so rest feels more restorative
• Building habits that fit real life, not an ideal routine
• Supporting long-term wellbeing, not short-term change

I’m a qualified health coach with a special interest in stress and mid-life wellbeing. I am passionate about the impact that nutrition, sleep and stress management, along with movement and habit change, can have on overall health.
I continue to deepen my knowledge and inform myself so that I can offer evidence-based, compassionate support that works in real life.
